Care coordination from any location with Jointly provides an efficient platform for managing caregiving responsibilities through interconnected circles of care.

Setting up a care circle involves a one-time fee of £2.99, which grants access for the initial caregiver. Once purchased, there are no subsequent charges for you or additional members invited to join your care circle. Inviting others is flexible; you may invite as many individuals as needed, who can access the platform either via the app or through the web at jointlyapp.com.

It is recommended that users operate on iOS version 9.0 or later. For those using earlier versions, the web version is available at https://jointlyapp.com to ensure full functionality.

Jointly is designed by carers for carers, aiming to facilitate caregiving processes by reducing stress and increasing organization. The application integrates group messaging with features such as to-do lists, medication tracking, calendar management, and more.

The platform is now also accessible in Welsh at https://jointlyapp.com.

Developed by Carers UK (www.carersuk.org), Jointly offers a comprehensive approach to care management.
